Recommended guide scopes

StarAid will work with any guide scope that takes a 1¼“ ocular, or attaches with a C or CS-mount, provided that the focal length is in the 100 mm to 250 mm range. Optimal overall performance is achieved with guide scopes with a focal range in the 100 mm to 150 mm range. Because of the unique guide algorithm, StarAid does not require a large focal length for optimal guiding.
